The service

C1 Fluency Lab provides English-language and presentation learning tools, including an AI Coach. It is an educational aid and does not guarantee any particular outcome.

Your account

You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.

Acceptable use

Do not misuse the service: no unlawful content, no attempts to break security or rate limits, no automated scraping, and no using the AI Coach to generate harmful content. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.

Plans & fair use

The Free plan includes a monthly allowance of AI Coach messages. Pro plans offer a higher allowance. Allowances are subject to fair use to prevent abuse.

AI content

AI Coach replies are generated automatically and may be inaccurate; use your judgement and do not rely on them as professional, legal, or financial advice.

Availability & liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Changes & termination

We may update these terms or the service. You may stop using and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms.
